Hyperbaric oxygen therapy throughout Ventura County

At the Hyperbaric Centers of California we provide clients in Ventura County and Santa Barbara County with the best oxygen therapy possible using our special hyperbaric chamber. This kind of therapy involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized room or tube. This kind of oxygen therapy is a trusted treatment for a variety of health issues and concerns like autism, Lyme disease, gas gangrene, alcohol/drug abuse, migraines, sports injuries, and more. While inside the chamber, air pressure is increased to thee times more than normal. These pressurized conditions allow your lungs to gather more oxygen than when you are breathing normally. Your blood then carries this oxygen throughout your body, improving circulation, fighting bacteria, promoting healing, and stimulating stem cells.
Hyperbaric oxygen treatment medically enhances the body’s natural healing process. 100% oxygen is inhaled in a controlled chamber where atmospheric pressure is increased. Two different types of chambers are used: monoplace and multiplace.
The first is designed to treat a single person. The multiplace is designed to hold more than one person at a time while oxygen is delivered through a mask or hood. HBOT is prescribed by a physician and is always performed under medical supervision.
